What You Need to Know
- While the preliminary preparations and cooking processes are carried out on the first day of the two-day training program, the assembling, folding and decorating stages are completed on the second day.
- Introduction of equipment to be used in Cake Types and Buttercream Techniques Training
- In the training content, 7 different cake recipes are shared. (5 different cake recipes are explained with one-on-one application.)
- You will be taught how to create your own cake recipes using 2 different techniques, your own imagination and original ingredients.
- 5 different filling recipes with different flavors that you can match with the cakes you have baked are applied and the basic technique of creating fillings with different flavors is taught.
- The tutorial uses a different cake and filling pairing for each cake layer.
- Layered cake working techniques and carrier installation are explained in practice. (Carrier installation is very important for cakes that will be worked with 2 layers or more.)
- A very delicious buttercream recipe special to Mine Keskin is used for the outer coating of the cake.
- Tips for working with buttercream and a different application for each layer, such as plastering/coloring/texturing, are explained.
- The visual design of the cakes is completed with different decoration techniques such as using metallic (gold-silver-mother-of-pearl etc.) paint / working with live flowers / applying stencils / applying marble effect / edible paper covering.
- It is one of the most basic trainings that all professional pastry chefs and beginner pastry chefs who want to step into the boutique pastry field must take.

What You Need to Know
- Cake Types and Buttercream Techniques Training is a program that has a flavor-focused content and teaches participants the basic techniques to create their own cake recipes and filling varieties.
- After attending this training, you will no longer have any limitations in diversifying cake recipes and filling creams in the field of pastry; thus, you will reach a level where you can create delicious recipes.
- Cake Types and Buttercream Techniques Training is suitable for participants of all levels.
- The training is prepared assuming that you know nothing.
- For the student/students attending the course, all materials and equipment will be prepared by us in advance, and the trainee will only need to attend the course.
- During the course, detailed recipes and ingredient lists are handed out as booklets to all participants.
- During the course, phone and camera recording is prohibited.
- Students participating in the course must notify us in advance if they do not want photos and videos taken during the course to be shared; otherwise, they will be deemed to have given consent for sharing.
- Participants who purchase the course are deemed to have accepted to participate in group training. Training dates cannot be changed except for health and safety reasons and there are no postponement or cancellation options. (Last minute cancellations are definitely not accepted.)

- The start and end times for the day/days you attend the course are determined in advance; however, these hours may be extended to complete the course program, taking into account the manual skills of the trainees.
- At the end of the workshop course, your certificate, issued in your name and signed by Mine Keskin Academy, is sent to your e-mail address as a digital certificate.
- At the end of the course, the products you have prepared are packaged for you and delivered to you so that you can take them with you.
