When Should I Place My Cake Order?
We recommend placing your order at least 15 days in advance. All of our cakes are custom-designed and handcrafted, which means each creation requires dedicated time and attention. For this reason, we carefully plan the production process according to your delivery date..
All of our cakes are prepared with fresh ingredients and tailored to customer preferences. We do not keep products in stock, nor do we use additives or preservatives. Freshness and naturalness are our top priorities!
What Is the Minimum Order Size?
Since we focus on boutique, visually designed cakes, each cake needs to be made in a certain size. Our minimum is a single-tier cake for 20 servings. This size is the most ideal both visually and in terms of design.
Remember, all of the single-tier cakes on our page are designed for 20 servings and their dimensions are visually perfect. Don’t worry about the number of servings! Even after your event, our cakes stay fresh — you can share the leftovers or enjoy them yourself. Please note that it may not be possible to achieve the same impressive designs with smaller cakes.
What Are My Options for Cake Fillings?
Our filling options are endless! We can offer a wide variety of flavors to suit your taste. Our cake and cream varieties can be enriched with fruits and nuts. All we need to know is what you like, and we’ll design the perfect cake for you.
For example, if you’d like something light and tropical, we can combine lemon poppy seed cake with passion fruit filling and finish it off with Belgian chocolate. With countless flavor combinations available, we can create a cake that’s truly unique to you.
Do You Allow Last-Minute Date Changes or Cancellations?
As all of our cakes are handcrafted, we have a limited production capacity and a careful planning process. Each day, we can only take a certain number of orders, and once that date is fully booked, we close it to new orders and schedule production accordingly. Last-minute cancellations may disadvantage other customers who wanted to order for that date but couldn’t due to capacity, and they also disrupt our production and income flow.
For this reason, we kindly ask all customers to be careful when selecting their dates. To protect the rights of both sides, postponement requests can only be considered if the requested new date is available. If you need to postpone for an important reason, we can accommodate the change if you notify us at least 10 business days in advance. However, postponement requests cannot be accepted after this period.
Do You Offer Delivery?
You can easily pick up your order from our shop in Izmir/Bornova at the pre-agreed date and time. If you prefer delivery to your address, we offer a paid delivery service. With our experienced delivery team, we ensure safe delivery within Izmir and surrounding areas.
Do You Ship Outside the City?
We are able to ship some of our durable products to other cities with special packaging. However, for delicate items such as cakes, which are perishable and sensitive, we cannot provide shipping services. For this reason, orders within Izmir are more suitable. We do offer handmade chocolates, gift boxes, and other custom-designed products that are suitable for shipping. Please contact us for more detailed information about these products.
