When Should I Order a Cake?
We recommend that you place your order at least 15 days in advance. All of our cakes are custom designed and completely handmade. Therefore, we allocate a certain amount of time for each design and carefully plan the production process, taking into account your delivery date.
All our cakes are prepared with fresh ingredients and according to customer preferences. We do not keep products in stock and do not use additives or preservatives. Freshness and naturalness are our priorities!
What is the minimum number of people I can order?
We work based on boutique and visual design, so cakes need to be a certain size. We make single-layer cakes for a minimum of 20 people. This size is the most ideal in terms of both visual and design.
Remember, all single-layer cakes on our page are for 20 people and their size is visually ideal. Don't worry about the number of people! These cakes retain their flavor even after an event. You can share the leftovers or enjoy them yourself. It may not be possible to achieve the magnificent design you want on a smaller cake.
What are my alternatives for pastry filling?
Our filling options are limitless! We can offer all kinds of flavor alternatives that suit your taste. We can enrich our cake and cream varieties with fruits and nuts. It is enough for us to know what you like to design the most suitable cake for you.
For example, if you want a light and tropical taste, we can combine lemon blue poppy seed cake with Passion Fruit filling and finish it with Belgian chocolate. We can prepare special cakes for you with many different flavor options.
Do you make last minute date changes or cancellations?
Since we produce entirely by hand, we have a certain production capacity and planning time. We meet a certain number of orders every day, close that date for new orders and put production in order. Last minute cancellations victimize our customers who want to order on that date but cannot due to occupancy, and also negatively affect our production-earnings flow.
For this reason, we inform all our customers to be careful when choosing a date. In order to protect our mutual rights, we can only consider postponement requests if the requested date is available. If you have a postponement request due to an important reason, we can accommodate this if you notify us at least 10 business days in advance. However, we cannot accept postponement requests after this period.
Do you deliver to address?
You can easily pick up your order from our workshop in Izmir/Bornova on the date and time we have previously agreed upon. If you want delivery to your address, we have a paid delivery service. We provide safe delivery to Izmir and surrounding towns with our experienced delivery team.
Do you ship out of town?
We can send some of our durable products outside the city with special packaging. However, we cannot provide cargo service for delicate and perishable products such as cakes. Therefore, orders within Izmir will be more suitable. We have handmade chocolates, gift boxes and other specially designed products suitable for cargo shipment.
