I am Mine...

I began my professional career as an architect, always approaching creativity with passion and a drive to push boundaries. After working for 10 years in well-established firms in Istanbul, I decided to step into the world that had always fascinated me and where I truly felt I belonged: pastry arts. This was not just a career change, but a journey to turn my dreams into reality.

To broaden my knowledge and discover what was happening on the international stage, I moved to the Netherlands. There, I had the privilege of training with some of the world’s most prestigious pastry chefs. With these invaluable experiences, I returned to Turkey in 2012 and founded Mine Keskin Atelier in Izmir. With an approach that knows no limits in boutique pastry, I not only add artistic and sweet touches to your special occasions but also inspire future pastry chefs.

At my atelier, I don’t only offer hands-on programs; I also host internationally renowned pastry masters, bringing innovative perspectives to Turkey’s pastry industry. On this journey where I unite architecture and pastry, I continuously follow global trends and present them to you. My passion is to create unique experiences that delight both the eyes and the palate.
