How long does the pastry training course take?
Our course programs vary depending on the training content you will attend in line with your level and goal. We have trainings ranging from 1 day to 5 days. We create the most useful and professional training plan for you and determine the most reasonable durations together.
What does the course content include?
The course content starts with the beginner level boutique pastry training curriculum, first we explain the basic stages such as how to plan a production process, what the route plan should be when you receive an order. Then we move on to the baking part with the introduction and explanation of the equipment to be used in the training, we personally convey the application of each stage with a very detailed explanation from the very basic. What equipment is required for the course?

If you have participated in online training, we share material lists in our online trainings, introduce the equipment to be used in the training and share every detail with our students, such as domestic and foreign brand equivalents. Are there any prerequisites for the course?
Our programs include different levels, so we determine the most appropriate content for each participant together and there is no prerequisite limit in this direction, but we explain in detail that a student who does not have a basic level should not attend an advanced level pastry training.

Is there a limited capacity for the course?
Yes, in our workshop trainings, we have classes with a maximum of 10 people depending on the program they will attend, and our workshop trainings fill up very quickly. For example, in the Concept Pastry Training, we provide training with a maximum of 5 people because the training is both very long and includes a lot of techniques and products, so we create a class where we can work one-on-one with all our students, feeling comfortable. However, the Cake Types and Buttercream Techniques Training lasts 2 days and since we only focus on cakes (without side products), we can create a class with 7 people.
Are there any advanced courses we can continue after the course?
First of all, we discuss in detail what are the student's goals during the education process?
