We pay attention to every detail in our first order meeting with the member for whom we will prepare the cake and we want to be in control of every detail regarding the design we will work on. After all the details regarding the visual design are completed, what we will work on for the cake is very important to us. While each design is special and different from each other, why should the cake used in it be the same? Of course, our members know from their experience that they can choose the cake and filling they want from us. Because we love that the products we make are edible and turn into an extremely delicious design!
When we say personal design, we are really sensitive about the fact that every detail is specific to the person and the special day you will be celebrating. This has also allowed us to position ourselves in a different place in the pastry industry.
During the process, we started to receive many requests from our students who came to our Academy trainings about cake alternatives and fillings with different flavors. We try to teach different cake recipes according to our training content, but we thought we could add cakes with different flavors and match these cakes with fillings with different flavors because why not!
We wanted to make such an education that we would work on a tall cake and bring a different flavor to each layer of this cake. Let's work on a delicious buttercream coating on the outer layer, again with a recipe special to Mine Keskin, and let's decorate each layer of this coating with a different technique, of course this would never be enough for us!
We created a delightful design by adding lively flowers to the design and bringing together extremely delicious cakes, fillings and creams.
Working with designer products in the boutique pastry industry inevitably scares every beginner pastry chef.
