Course Content
- Introduction of the equipment and materials to be used in Chocolate Bonbon Making
- Explanation and application of chocolate tempering techniques: How many types of tempering techniques exist, what are their results? What are tempering curves and how do they change depending on the type of chocolate?
- Cocoa butter tempering
- Coloring cocoa butter and understanding the required environment, equipment, and temperature conditions, as well as their effects
- Creating designs with multiple techniques: hand-painting, brush-painting and texturing, airbrushing, and coloring methods
- Characteristics of chocolate molds and important details to consider, including cleaning and storage methods
- Sharing 5 different filling recipes (prune + red wine ganache, oolong tea ganache, gianduja ganache, banana + passion fruit ganache, salted caramel)
- Step-by-step application of recipes and techniques for diversifying them
- Creating delicious fillings using your imagination and preferred ingredients
- Combining the prepared fillings with delicate chocolate shells
- Explanation of storage methods and shelf life of products
- Supplier information for purchasing materials

- All materials and tools are ready for you; just bring your excitement.
- You’ll also receive a printed recipe booklet to take home.
- Sessions are held in small groups for a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

- Start and finish times are planned, but we keep it flexible so everyone can enjoy the process.
- After registration, cancellations or date changes are not available.
- To keep the focus on learning, personal recordings are not allowed. Photos taken by us may be shared unless you prefer otherwise.
