Course Content
- The French Patisserie Course will teach you how to achieve the perfect form and texture in petits gâteaux, entremets, and mousses. Each creation will be enriched with different fillings, cakes, mousses, glazes, and textures.
- New and creative pastries exclusively designed by Mine Keskin
- Preparation of petits gâteaux and entremets
- Making 5 different types of mousse, cakes, and fillings (compotes)
- Preparation of 2 types of pastry cream
- Guidance on how to diversify the demonstrated recipes (allowing you to expand your repertoire and create different designs and flavors)
- Use of silicone molds and rings in mousse cakes, as well as free-form shaping techniques
- Assembling cake layers
- Creating, coloring, and applying an elegant mirror glaze texture
- Velvet effect and painting techniques for cakes
- Chocolate tempering
- Chocolate processing and shaping
- Preparing chocolate decorations and final cake embellishment
- Cross-section presentation of cake layers
- Detailed explanation of product and material storage conditions and shelf life
- Supplier information for purchasing materials
Things You Need to Know
Participation & Experience
- No prior experience needed — everyone is welcome!
- All materials and tools are provided; just bring your enthusiasm.
- You’ll also receive a printed recipe booklet to take home.
- Sessions are held in small groups, creating a warm and supportive learning environment.

- Start and finish times are planned, but we keep it flexible so everyone can enjoy the process.
- After registration, cancellations or date changes are not available.
- To keep the focus on learning, personal recordings are not allowed. Photos taken by us may be shared unless you prefer otherwise.

- At the end, you’ll receive a personalized certificate signed by Mine Keskin.
- Everything you make will be carefully packaged for you to take home.
