Course Content

  • Introduction of the equipment to be used in the Macaron Course.
  • Explanation of different types of meringue and their differences.
  • Preparation of the batter suitable for Italian meringue macarons.
  • Piping the macarons on a tray using a piping bag and baking.
  • Preparation of fillings and assembly of the macarons.
  • Three types of macaron fillings will be prepared (two types of ganache, fruit cream).
  • Explanation of the storage and preservation details of the products.
  • Supplier information for purchasing materials

This hands-on workshop is designed with beginners in mind — every step is explained clearly and practiced together.

  • All materials and tools are provided; just bring your enthusiasm.
  • You’ll also receive a printed recipe booklet to take home.
  • Sessions are held in small groups, creating a warm and supportive learning environment.

Workshop Flow & Guidelines

  • Start and finish times are planned, but we keep it flexible so everyone can enjoy the process.
  • After registration, cancellations or date changes are not available.
  • To keep the focus on learning, personal recordings are not allowed. Photos taken by us may be shared unless you prefer otherwise.
