- Introduction of the equipment to be used in the Macaron Course.
- Explanation of different types of meringue and their differences.
- Preparation of the batter suitable for Italian meringue macarons.
- Piping the macarons on a tray using a piping bag and baking.
- Preparation of fillings and assembly of the macarons.
- Three types of macaron fillings will be prepared (two types of ganache, fruit cream).
- Explanation of the storage and preservation details of the products.
- Supplier information for purchasing materials

This hands-on workshop is designed with beginners in mind — every step is explained clearly and practiced together.
- No prior experience needed — everyone is welcome!
- All materials and tools are provided; just bring your enthusiasm.
- You’ll also receive a printed recipe booklet to take home.
- Sessions are held in small groups, creating a warm and supportive learning environment.
Workshop Flow & Guidelines
- Start and finish times are planned, but we keep it flexible so everyone can enjoy the process.
- After registration, cancellations or date changes are not available.
- To keep the focus on learning, personal recordings are not allowed. Photos taken by us may be shared unless you prefer otherwise.

- At the end, you’ll receive a personalized certificate signed by Mine Keskin.
- Everything you make will be carefully packaged for you to take home.
