- The Technique-3 Course is fully focused on teaching technical applications. Therefore, the practice will be carried out on one dummy cake and one real single-tier cake.

The program content is structured with the assumption that you are already familiar with fundamental pastry techniques (baking cakes, preparing pastry cream, cake covering, tiered cake making, etc.).
- All materials and tools are ready for you; just bring your excitement.
- You’ll also receive a printed recipe booklet to take home.
- The session is conducted in groups, creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Workshop Flow & Guidelines
- Start and finish times are planned, but we keep it flexible so everyone can enjoy the process.
- After registration, cancellations or date changes are not available.
- To keep the focus on learning, personal recordings are not allowed. Photos taken by us may be shared unless you prefer otherwise.
