A New Pastry Chef Story!
Hello, I'm Esra Kucukkurt.
I graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Department of Gastronomy. Although I took courses in pastry at university, I realized when I started working that I needed support to become a professional.
I have always been interested in pastry since my childhood. I have been following Ms. Mine for years, and while admiring the products she made, I always wondered if I could make these cakes one day :)
After graduating and making my decision to advance in pastry, of course I contacted Ms. Mine directly. They guided me so well that I made a right start thanks to their beautiful energy and guidance :) First, I completed the sharp-edged basic pastry training. Then, I completed my cake varieties and buttercream techniques, concept pastry, cream tart, macaron ganache training with Mine.
While I don't want the training to end while we work together, I still eagerly await which new training will be opened!
The most important thing I will say about the trainings is that I have experienced both online and group trainings and what I tell everyone is that online trainings are always better because Ms. Mine stays with you for life with her beautiful energy. You can find your mistake by starting over at every point you get stuck.
After completing my training with Ms. Mine, I established my Le Petit Four brand and started selling it.
Thanks to these trainings, I have learned so much that I have all the information about pastry making and can meet the demands of my customers.
In fact, the reactions I receive from my customers are so positive that I always say that I learned these wonderful recipes thanks to my beautiful teacher Mine Keskin!
