As Mine Keskin Atölye, we love working on even the most complex characters, because in the end, if we are preparing a cartoon lead, we are also involved in that adventure! 
So How Do We Work With These Characters?
If it is an iconic character, we will definitely have experienced it before and worked on it, but if a new design is to be made, the character analysis is done first and if necessary, the movie series is watched. ☺ We get to know the spirit and all the features of the character and shape the design accordingly.
Should It Be Sugar Paste or Not?
We always take care to do what mothers feel most comfortable with, while respecting each mother's preference.
However, fondant is a question that has been inextricably resolved for years in the Boutique Pastry sector. In fact, rather than fondant, the food and service standards of the company you want to work with should come first.
It is very important that the company you are ordering from has operating and inspection licenses and uses products approved by the Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
Now, alternatives have increased so much around the world and the food issue has become so sensitive that every product has healthy and unhealthy alternatives, including sugar paste.
We need to use fondant to create the outline of some designs and highlight decorative details, but should your children eat fondant just because you made a fondant cake?
Your delicious cake, prepared with first-class ingredients and food products from select brands, has only the outer coating of sugar paste, and you can immediately separate this layer from your cake when slicing and serving, and you will have removed that question mark from your mind. ☺ Of course, this does not mean that all cakes have to have sugar paste. Working together, we can also work on the cake you want with buttercream or ganache coating and create fun designs.
